- We are currently running about *three weeks* behind on orders.
-When we print an order for processing, this pays shipping and prompts the system to send a confirmation email with tracking. Normally, your order would go out within 7-10 days from then (like the email says), but we are behind right now, so please expect delays.
-Once you receive that shipping notification email, it is very hard to find an order to change/add things, so *please* make sure you double check everything before completing your order!
-We appreciate your orders, and your patience, as we continue to work on getting things out the door. Thank you again!
PS- our email *is* (as on the site), but sometimes people are saying it bounces back if they click it from the site. Not sure why, we will see if that can be fixed.
